A cable link chain looks like what it sounds like. If you envision a ship's anchor chain, that's basically what these are. The links are more round than oval, but the general concept is the same. This is an ancient, utilitarian design, but, in today's world, and especially in our stunning 14-karat gold renditions, it's very beautiful at the same time.
