WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship anywhere in the USA, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, and any APO military bases. We ship via UPS & USPS. A customer signature is required to accept the package.
WHAT KIND OF PACKAGING IS THE JEWELRY SHIPPED IN?
All items are shipped in jewelry boxes suited for the size/type of the item.
HOW SOON ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
Typically packages are shipped the same or next business day. During busy seasons, such as Christmas and Valentines Day, packages may take up to two business days to ship.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Goldfinity.com is proud to offer FREE insured shipping on all items. You pay the same price for an item as initially displayed in the shopping cart. Tax is added to the price for NY state residents only.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply request a Return Authorization Number via email or call 1-888-747-5444. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving your order, and the tracking number must be sent to us. All returned items must be unused and must include all original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% applies to all returns/exchanges.
**Returns will not be accepted without a shipping tracking number.
**Special order items, such as rings, bands and others, cannot be returned or exchanged due to the fact that they have been altered to the customer's specifications at the time of the order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship within the United States for retail orders only. Wholesale orders are shipped worldwide. Duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
